Theft at Backwater Angler

Backwater Angler in Parkton, MD have had a robbery occur on the property for the first time in over a decade.  Losses of over $4000 include gear,  and damage to property.

Turning the incident into a positive, they've decided to hold a "Smash & Grab" sale at the shop until September 25th.  Although this news comes late, it's important to support your local flyshops. Owner Theaux Le Gardeux, who is also the Gunpowder Riverkeeper, is a huge supporter of local conservation.
